Feel’N Gluten Free is a small growing business born out of necessity. 20 years ago, eating anything gluten free tasted like cardboard.
As a result of this, my friends encouraged me to start selling my baked items.
Starting with my gluten free and dairy free Kalamata olive and garlic bread, I ventured out and was well received by local businesses and families.
Today, one of our biggest sellers are the Frosty Freedoms, a 3 oz, vegan, gluten free, nut free, and dairy free “ice cream” sandwich, made with creamy avocado and pure maple syrup.
We have the potential to make numerous gluten free and paleo items. However, with limited staff, we have chosen to focus on just a few items to keep it manageable.
One day, as we grow, our hope is to provide more variety to our fans.
